At the XIII International Scientific and Practical Internet Conference "Virtual Educational Space: Psychological Problems", a special experimental section is traditionally used, dedicated to the abstracts of reports generated by various artificial intelligence models (LLM). This section aims to explore the possibilities and limitations of modern generative models of artificial intelligence in scientific and psychological cognition and communication. The process of preparing materials was standardized: a human operator offered different artificial intelligence models to choose 15 options for topics corresponding to the conference topic, chose one of them and received the full text of the abstracts using a single prompt. This approach allows you to compare the results of different models under the most approximate input conditions.
It is important to emphasize that artificial intelligence is not considered a full-fledged author of scientific papers. All materials in this section are prepared with the participation of a human operator, who is responsible for choosing a topic, defining the task and final editing. Artificial intelligence functions here as a powerful tool for generating text, rather than as an independent subject of scientific activity that sets goals for itself, develops strategies for achieving them, and achieves them. This section opens a discussion about the future of human-AI collaboration in science.
